We have a photography session arranged with an Eagle Hunter and his Golden Eagle, a great chance to get some iconic shots that reflect a traditional way of life that still goes on today in this part of the world.
12-seater overland truck
Our 12 seater overland truck is perfect for photography. Each seat has its own window which opens wide meaning we get an unrestricted view of the magnificent wildlife and can take photos from the comfort of our seats.
The Sami people are indigenous to Norway and Sweden and some of them still live a semi-nomadic life with their herd of Reindeer. We’ll have a unique opportunity to photograph them in their traditional clothing, along with their animals.
Small Vessel for Better Access
Unlike most polar voyages, we have the benefit of a small vessel with a maximum of 12 passengers. This means that we have more flexibility with regard to our route and we can get closer to the wildlife and to to shore. Click here for more details of the ship.
Shoot with a Belly Dancer
A great chance to get unique shots of a belly dancer in traditional costume and posing for us, we’ll have around an hour to take photographs and create some iconic images.
Access to the Masked Characters of Mamoiada
We have special access to the masked characters of Mamoiada and a traditional mask maker. This is an opportunity to spend some time to get unique images of a age old tradition. As the access is arranged just for us there is time to spend to get our shots just right and practice with the composition and light.
